1. I'm relocating to Snohomish County. Where should I start?
Start with your lifestyle and priorities—not just a list of available homes.
We’ll talk about where you’ll be working, your preferred commute, budget, the type of community you’re looking for, access to recreation and amenities, property preferences, and what matters most in your day-to-day life.
From there, I can help you narrow down the communities that make sense and build a home search around them. The goal is to help you understand the area before asking you to make a major decision about where to live.
2. What are the best places to live in Snohomish County?
There isn’t one “best” city because the communities throughout Snohomish County can offer very different lifestyles.
Edmonds offers a walkable waterfront community and easy access toward Seattle. Mukilteo combines Puget Sound views with convenient access to Everett and Boeing. Mill Creek has a suburban feel with shopping, restaurants, trails, and established neighborhoods. Lynnwood offers central access to I-5, light rail, shopping, and surrounding communities. Everett provides everything from historic neighborhoods and waterfront living to newer residential areas, while Lake Stevens is popular with buyers looking for more of a residential community centered around the lake.

3. How do I choose a neighborhood when I don't know the area?
This is one of the most important parts of relocating.
A home can check every box and still be wrong if the location doesn’t work for your everyday life. We’ll consider commute patterns, transportation, neighborhood characteristics, proximity to shopping and recreation, property types, lot sizes, housing inventory, and other factors important to you.
I can help you understand how different areas compare so you can narrow your search before spending time touring homes that aren’t a good fit.
4. Can you help me buy a home if I'm relocating from another state?
Absolutely. Much of the process can be handled remotely, and I’ll be your local resource when you can’t be here in person.
We can use video calls, virtual showings, detailed photos and videos, electronic documents, and remote communication throughout the transaction. If something about a property concerns me, I’ll tell you. Buying remotely requires a high level of trust, and my job is to give you as much information and local context as possible so you can make an informed decision from wherever you are.
5. Can you tour homes for me if I can't be there in person?
Yes. I can walk through properties with you virtually and help you see much more than what’s shown in listing photos.
That can include the home’s condition and layout, surrounding properties, street and neighborhood characteristics, potential maintenance concerns, and other details that may be difficult to understand from an online listing alone.
If you’re considering making an offer remotely, I want you to have as realistic a picture of the property as possible.
